mothers at a Mother-Daughter
Entertainment and Style Show.
The girls will either model a dress
they have made or one from vari-
ous Hondo merchants. Because of
a crowded school schedule, a date
was not set. A committee con-
sisting of the senior girls, Mrs.
Robert Faseler, and J. G. Barry
will definitely set the date. Bar-
bara Braden and Mabeth McDan-
iel head the Style Show Commit-
tee as co-chairmen. Other mem-
bers are Patsy Tate, Audrey Lin-
demann, and Marily Bendele.
The last item on the agenda
was the apportionment of $7.00
for each of the FHAers attending
the State Convention which is to
be held in Fort Worth on April
22-23-24. Attending from Hondo
are Monette Schweers, incoming
chapter president; Mary Jo Mey-
er, voting delegate; Babs Batot,
incoming state officer; Mrs. J
P. Nixon, chapter mother; and
Mrs. Robert Faseler, chapter ad-
visor.

A. Graff of Hondo on June 6,
1954. The wedding will take place
in St. John’s Catholic Church in
Hondo.
Miss Faseler has announced
that attendants for the wedding
will be Mrs. George Wilson, ma-
tron of honor; Mrs. David Bas-
sett and Miss Frances Goff, bride-
smaids. Best man will be James
Graff and groomsmen are Lloyd
Tschirhart and Paul Graff.

Mrs. Eddleman was Lorine
Heath prior to her marriage to
2d Lieutenant Clyde D: Eddleman'
on December 11, 1926 in the Fort
Sam Houston Chapel. She is the
daughter of Mrs. Minnie Heath
LaCoste.
The bride is a graduate of La-
Coste High School and John Sealy
School of Nursing and is pres-
ently employed at John Sealy
‘ Memorial Hospital, Galveston.
The groom was also graduated
at LaCoste High School and Is
presently employed at The Clegg
Co., San Antonio. ^

The General was born in Oran-
ge, Texas but his family moved
to Lake Charles, Louisiana when
he was 9 months old so he claims
Lake Charles as home. He has
had three tours of duty at Fort
Sam Houston and was Assistant
Chief of Staff of the Army in
charge of plans, operations and
training in Washington. He is still
assigned as Assistant Chief of
Staff until he takes over com-
mand of the Fourth Infantry Div-
ision.

The Otyokwa Camp Fire Girls
met Tuesday, April 13 at our
leader’s home, Mrs. Killebrew.
We opened our meeting with a
song. The meeting was called to
order by our president. Mary Ann
Muennink. The minutes were read
and approved. ' ~
We decided that we would go
checking accounts, were bo*t
married, but that neither of them
cared much about housework, pre
ferring the life of the theater
Violet remarked that when the'

out he paid only for her share
