Charge of Ranch
C. C. Nelms of Caldwell, Texas,
and Dr. J. P. Sparks of Cameron,
Texas, who recently bought the
I. N. K. ranch, which is located
20 miles north of Fort Stockton,
are hers this week to take charge
of the property. Chat. Graham
ef Cameron will have active man-
agements of the place. The ranch
comprises 45 sections, all good
land, and is considered one of the
very best ranch propositions iu
Southwest Texas. The Monu-
ment springs are on this property
from which many hundred aeres
of fine land could be irrigated.
Messrs. Nelms aud 3psrks have a
good thing. Watch them make
money.
Buenavista Budget.
R. D. Blavdes and wife of Ken-
tucky arrived in Fort Stocktou
Wednesday and will make our city
their future home. Mr. Blaydes
will begin soon the erection of two
business houses on the property
he recently bought on First street.
He is a lawyer by profession and
will open an office here. And still
the good people come-—and we
welcome them.

employed as bookkeeper in the
Citisens Bank at this place. Ths

his Colorado home where he has
large interests in ths apple aud
peach raising industry. Mr. Hi-
att is temporarily locatad at Fort
Stockton, Tegaa, where he has the
supervision of a large irrigation
and orchard project, which it was
impossible to leayo for any length
of time at this time of year, hence
the wedting in Fort Worth.—
