phur Springs High School
cafeteria Monday night.
The annual Beckham home-
coming will start Sunday with
church services by the regu-
lar pastor, Cleatus Speed at
11 o’clock, followed by a bas-
ket lunch and the famous
Hopkins County Stew made by
Gordie Gapp and ‘‘Rastus”
McIntosh, at the noon hour.
Mrs. Laveme (Gregg) Sco-
ville had Shirley Ponder, Bill
Lane of Dallas, Mr. and Mrs.
Terry Anderson and Tiffany
of Mesquite for weekend visi-
tors.

Dallas Friday to attend the
funeral of a niece and cous-

han, seven-month-old daugh-
ter of Oliver and Martha Jean
(Hatcher) McMahan.
Susan Allan and Tiffany Har-
ris’ names were left out of
the Dike 4-H news last week.
Each reported on their first
experience at the Fall Festi-
val Livestock Show. Each
participated in the dairy

reunion will be held Sunday
at the Dike Community Cen-
ter. All friends and rela-
tives cf the family are invit-
ed to attend the basket lunch
dinner and visitation.

at Mr. Catfish Restaurant at
Lake Ray Hubbard Friday
night. They visited in the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Mike
Burkham at Grapevine on
Saturday night.

Herman Burkham on Sunday
afternoon.

all attended a Glossup family
reunion, held in the home of Mr.

Sunday. All the Glossup
children were there.
