Houston Livestock Show
draws 27 M.C. competitors
Six FFA members and 27 4-H
members from Medina County joined
other 4-H and FFA members from
throughout the state for showing
competition at the Houston Livestock
Show, which continues through
March 4 at the Astrohall.
These 4-H and FFA exhibitors
compete in one of two divisions of the
Houston Livestock Show - the junior
show division.
Hondo FFA members, Kirk Ad-
long, Eric Bendele, Shane Gibson and
Brady Steubing will show mark' '
barrows.
Adam James Keller, a Medina
Valley FFA member, is showing a
beef heifer.
Devine FFA member Sally Rogers
will exhibit in the market lambs divi-
sion.
Medina County 4-H members and
the animals they plan to show include:

Got'ta Pet Center is holding it's
annual South San Antonio rabies
drive on Sunday, March 4, from 12
noon to 5 pm in the back parking lot of
Westlake Mercado Mall.
Rabies vaccines will be $10, other
vaccines will be available.
25% of proceeds will be donated to
San Antonio Humane Society. Please
