CITY GOV
ELECT
AS CITY ALDERMAN
SATURDAY APRIL 4th
For 14 years Bartlett has been home to
me and I believe that I am familiar with its
problems and able to give good service as a
member of the city council. I consider this
both a privilege and a responsibility.
I believe that the city council should serve
the wishes of the people and at the same time
meet its legal responsibilities as a governing
body.
I think that the city council in setting city
policies should give more consideration to
the residents with small incomes. An increase
in expenditures that may seem small to some
residents may be large to others.
