|^The 157 Wildcat. ” Editor ,
Evelyn Fletcher tells us how-
ever that only 150 annuals have
been sold. That is about 100
short of last year’s subscrip-
tions, and if we don’t sell more
tbe size of the annual will have
00 be cut down. Let's get those
subscriptions in-------Pronto] I I
Another must is that the sen-
iors get their b©by pictures in,
and you with snap shots get them
in also.
Nancy Sullens has been added
to the Staff as Assistant Editor
to Evelyn. Other members are:
Business Manager-Jo Ann Patrick,
Assistant Business Manager-Caro-
line O’ Donlhoe, Photographer-
Bailey Laster, .Art Editor- Jimmy
Powell, and Sponsor-Miss Spencer.
Recently two new trophies
were added to the A. C. H. S.’s
trophy collection. One is an
Intramural trophy tbe the Sopho-
more Class of 1956 won and is
now engraved and ready to be
placed In the trophy case. The
other is the baseball troohy
which the 1956 baseball team was
awarded for having won district
and bi-distrlct. A few of the
boys- who helped win this trophy
have graduated and are not hero
to enjoy it, but they are per-
fectly welcome to come see it
a nytime.
We all hope to add more tro-
phies to our collection this
year and were very proud to dis-
cover that the trophy case had to
be enlarged last year to make
room for more of these awards.
