programs is as follows:

mmer jobs for disadvantaged
youths and part time jobs dur-
ing the coming school yeai' 336

regional job bank to keep em
ployers and- prospective employ-
ees in touch;
3. $ 70633 budgeted for ad
ult on-the-job training where
private employers are partially
reimbursed for costs of training
the employee;
4. $270256 budgeted for on-
tho job training in non-profit
organizations (cities counties
schools and hospitals) 59 pos
itions.
5. $ 87631 budgeted for in-
dividual referral whereby in-
dividuals are directed to educa-
Itional institutions in order to
obtain specific employable
skills;
6. $105481 budgeted for cou-
nseling intake and referral -this
aids in directing the proper
people to the correct type of
training or the appropriate job-
station and counseling with
'them during their training per
