Girls' 4-H Clubs can continue
meeting through the summer months,
and it is no hotter attending a clttb
meeting than it is sitting in- yoor
room. Apparently one of the best
club meetings that Ttra 4-H Club has
had was the one held the latter part
of July. Arrangements had been
made for a picnic spread after the
program which was given by the
agent? on the “Back Ground of
Your Bedroom.” Following the pro-
gram and picnic lunch, the girls
were taught new club songs by the
sponsor and representatives who at-
tended the A. and M. Short Course.
The recreation period lasted about
one hour which was followed by a
tour, accompanied by the agent to
several of i$le girls homes for the
purpose of observing bedroom im-
provements made by them.
