His mission during the days of
His flesh was primarily to the
Jpws. However, He did hot ask
any one in need if he wefe a Jew
before He endeavored ’ to meet
his need. It has been truly said
that “Jesus was color-blind!” To-
ward the close of His ministry,
He tried to teach His follower*
that His mission was the iaiva-
tion of the; whole world, and He
tried to prepare' them to become
World Winners^ after He had
gone back to thl_Father.
Read carefully this short story:
Now the eleven disciples went
to GalHee, to the mountaih to
which Jesus had directed them
And when they saw Him they wor-
shipped Him, but some doubted.
And Jesus came and said to them,
“All authority in heaven and on
earth has been given, to me. Go
therefore and make disciples of
all nations, baptizing them in the
nhme of the Father and of the
Sbn and of the Holy Spirit, teach-
ing them to observe all things
that I have commanded you; and
lo, I am with you always. to the
close of the age.” (Matt. 28:16-
20). > ■
Notice He said, “All authority
in heaven and on earth has been
given to me. Go therefore and
make disciples of all nations ....
teaching them to observe all that
I have commanded you; and lo,
I am with you always!” “All!
All! All! Always!” These is nO
limit to these terms!'
Some one asked the Duke of
Wellington, who defeated Napo-
leon at Waterloo, why he believ-
ed in foreign missions? At once
that great military leader re-
plied, “Look to your marching
orders!” By that he meant the
great commission, given in the
above Scripture.
So, if we are to he true folfc
lower* of the
Christ, tfe, too,
most[%e concerned about the sal-
vatiOH of the world! Are you

Eight, towns wore represented
at a district American Legion
baseball meeting held here
Thursday night, and six of them
indicated that they would field
a team in district competition.
Towns which will probably
make up the circuit are Sulphur
Spritigs, Paris, Texarkana,
Winnsboro, Pittsburg, and Mf.
Pleasant. Representatives from
Dekalb and Hughes Springs ex-
pressed doubt that they would
be unable to field teams.
It was agreed that all towns
planning to enter the league
should be definitely committed
by May 20. The schedule would
then be set up around June 1.
A round robin schedule will
probably be decided upon, with
the district winner to ..be deter-
mined in a four-team playoff.
Seventeen Legion baseball
men attended the session, six of
them from Sulphur Springs.
Representatives from the local
American Legion Post w.ere Joe
Whitworth, Whacker Barton,
Gambrel Loyd, Aubrey Williams,
Jim Dupree, and Jim Carroll.

‘Speaking of Used Cars’
The Greeks have a word to describe
just about every action and conceiv-
able idea.
We sometimes have to use the same
word to convey many different mean-
ings.
Thus, the word “USED CAR’
mean just “Any Used Car.”

“In our business,” most customers
aren’t aware of how good a used car J
really is but they would like to know
what we have done to the car and what
