ployes—was the space nuclear

It has 1,852 employes—and of
the total, 228 are Negroes.
Yesterday, Secretary of La-
bor YVirtz announced that the
government soon will issue new
standards to make sure there is
no discriimnation in employ-
ment on federal projects.

Beaumont, June 28 —One
of the FBI's ten most wanted
men was being sought in Beau-
mont today.
Police said information was
received that the man, 46-year-
old John Gibson Dillon, might
be in the area.
Dillon failed to appear for
sentencing after being convict-
ed on a narcotics charge Feb.
10, 1961 in Beaumont. He for-
feited $5,000 for his flight:
Fourteen accomplices drew a
total of 246 years in jail. Dil-
lon faces a possible federal
term of 190 years in 11 nar-
cotics violations.
Authorities said Dillon is con-
sidered dangerous and is be-
lieved to be armed.

Win Education
Anaheim, Cal., June 28 (if)—
Two San Antonio boys each
spun themselves to a $5,000
scholarship to the college of
their choice by winning the
Duncan yo - yo and spinning
contest yesterday in Anaheim.
Winner of the yo-yo section
was 14-year-old Jimmy Lu-
kacs. The scholarship will be
usable at any college or uni-
versity of his choice.
In the spinning top cate-
gory, 11 - year - old Russell
Steubling took the prize. His, Try a Want Ad for Results
too, is good for any college or
university.
Both boys received giant
trophies with their scholar-
ships.
A total of 62 young people,
each accompanied by at least
one parent, stayed at the Dis-
neyland Hotel for the contest.
Each was the winner of a reg-
ional contest and had receiv-
ed numerous prizes in earlier
competition.
