A splendid talk on traffic safe-1
ty was made by Bill Black, He
touched on the lack of uniformity
in traffic laws. One finds 18 dif-
ferent speed limits in crossing the
United States from coast to coast,
A movement is on foot to make
the laws more uniform, Mr. Black
stated that statistics show that
more Texans were killed in traf-
fic accidents than lost their loves
