This recipe to good newt for the weight -conscious because nonfat
dry milk is used. It's actually the heart of the milk with only the fat
and water removed Moving the valuable protein, calcium and ribo-
flavin.
Egg* with Savory Olive Sauce (M servings)
Si* hard-cooked eggs, S tablespoons butter, f-4 cu^ finely chop- "1 n** m*** anaiige-
ped onion, 1-2 cup flour, 3 cups liquefied Instant nonfat dry milk, t mrnl ,*>r4n*’ "ow,r* tw
teaspoon salt, 1-8 teaspoon pepper, 1-2 cun chopped stuffed olive*
(about 10 jumbo siae), 8 to 4 English muffins, halved and toasted;
6 to 8 slice* tomato, broiled (optional).
Slice eggs, remove yolks and sieve. Melt butter in skillet over
low heat; add onion*. Mute until tender. Blend In floor. Pour in
1 cup liquefied instant nonfat dry milk; *tir until smooth. Add re-
maining non fat dry milk, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Add olives and egg white*.
Top each muffin half with tomato alice; pour sauce over each. Sprin-
kle egg yolk on top.

in an arrangement of pink roses
in antique crystal container for
the piano, with an heirloom piece
of pink luster belonging to Mr*.
I.arner a* a balance. This piece
was created by Mrs. Joe Wor-
sham.
A lamp table arrangement of
pink roses, white stock, white tu-
lips and larkspur in antique sil-
ver cooler was done by Mrs. W.
A. Carothers.
On the coffee table in front
of the mantel a mass composi-
tion of shaded Editor McFarland
and Dainty Hess roses in a Vic-
torian urn was done by Mrs. Mc-
Gee Long.
The tea table in the dining
room was covered in pink net
over pink taffeta. A triangular
arrangement of shaded pink ros-
es, snapdragons and pale pink
carnations in matching silver com-
potes on either side of triple
silver Reed and Barton candel-
abra containing pale pink tapers
to match the pink carnations in
the arrangement graced the table
and was created by Mrs. R. L.
Clapp.
Other appointments for the
table were in silver. Frozen
punch and dainty party cookies
were served from the teble dur-
ing the afternoon.
The server in the dining room
held an arrangement of pink
roses and gypaophelia in ailver
footed-container with matching
smaller arrangement* on either
