year. She also served her

the 1976-77 FHA President
in a meeting that was held
recently. Other officers
that will be serving next
year are Lou McWhorter,
Vice-President and Julie
Loftis, Secretary-Treasurer.
Debbie and Lou also at-
tended the State FHA meet-
ing in Fort Worth. There
they voted on issuer.. #hich
needed to be changed for‘
the next year and attended
other delegate meetings.
Mrs. Hornady, their spon-
sor, accompanied" them on
the trip.

Miss Tammy McGriff was
chosen by the JAC Electric
company to travel to Wash-
ington D.G. this ' summer.
She won the award by giving
a short speech on ".What' Bi-
centennial Means to Me."
Tammy will be leaving for
Washington June 10th along
with other ' high school
students across the state.
James Taylor also par-
ticipated in the contest
and was chosen runner up.

will graduate from Archer

school auditorium. They
will depart from Archer
City en route to Daytona,
