ture of the State ot Texas That Section
3 Article XI of the constitution of tho
State cf Texas bo amendtd so that the
satnu shall hireafter lead as follows
Section 3 No county city or other
muniilpal corporation thall hereafter bc
como a subscriber in tho caulial of any
corporation or association or mako any ap-
propriation or donation lo the same or In
anywise loan Its credit except as herein-
after proilded
It shall bo lawful for any county In this
Stuto 1 > lng south of tho counties of Jeff
Davis Heeics Ward llctor Midland
Glassiock Sterling Coke and Htinncls
and southwest of tho Colorado rlier also
all thwe counties west of Hardeman
