Montgomery County Fair
The Montgomery County Fair
is to l>e held at the Fair Associ-
ation grounds at Willis on Novem-
ber 1, ‘2, 3, 4,1911. The premium
list is being prepared, and the
total prizes will amount to about
$10,000. The management is
leaving no stoue unturned in pre-
paring for a grand tune. Farmers
and gardeners ought to begin Qou
their exhibits now so to be sure of
prizes.

Arthur Talley and Miss Elmore
Robertson Wednesday evening,
June 14, 1911, at the M. E.church.
Church was decorated beauti-
fully, the prevailing colors being
white and pink. Palmetto leave*
decorated each window and flow-
er arches at the alter were ver/
beautiful. The bride was dressed
in white as were all the ladies
taking part m the ceremony.
Miss Ada Chrisman played the
organ and Miss Lessel Chrisman
sang ILove Thee.” Thereafter
the young couple were ushered
into the room, and the ceremony
performed by Rev. G. E. McDan-
iel of the Conroe Baptist church.
