Cuero People Can TeH You Why

Doan’s Kidney Pills care the
cause of disease and that is why
the cores are always lasting. This
remedy strengthens and tones up
the kidneys, helping them to drive
out of the body the liquid poisons
that cause backache, headache and
dtetreasing kidney and urinary
complaints. Cuero people testify
to permanent cures.
lira. Louis Thfeme, living in the
western part of Cnero, Texas, says:
“Mr. Thieme had kidney disease
and at times was in misery. Sharp
pains across his loins bothered him
when be stooped and lifted. He
also had freqneot attacks of head-
aches and experienced more or less
inconvenience from the irregular
action of the kidney secretions.
Doan's Kidney Pills were so highly
spoken of by parties who had nsed
them that Mr. Thieme finally pro-
oared a box from the Cuero Drug
Co. He used them as directed and
toon recovered from his trouble.
He gives Doan’s Kidney Pills the
entire credit for his relief.’’

Ice Cream festival -
i The ice cream festival at the
courthouse lawn for the benefit .of
the baseball boys was very well
patronised last night taking into
couMderation the threatening
weather and other entertainments
which of course kept some of the
fans from attending. The boys
deared up $12.50 last night and
look for a good ran tonight. Better
turn oat and help the boys.
The Mohawk Bafl.
the informal opening of the
ICahawk club at tit* dub's rooms
last night was a most enjoyable
occasion. Secretary &. A. Atkin-
son is to be praised for his efforts
tl the matter. The affair was a
big success and qf course Sunday's
Record will tell yon all about it.

, The readers of this paper will be pleas-
ed to learn that there la at least one
pr ceded disease that science has been
able to care in ail its stages, ana that is
catarrh. Hall’s Catarrh Care is the only
positive cure now known to the medical
fraternity. Catarrh. being a constitu-
tional disease requires a constitutional
treatment. Hell’s Catarrh Care is taken
internally,actiug directly upon the blood
and mucous surfaces of the system
thereby destroying the foundation of the
disease, and giving the patient strength
by building up the constitution and as-
sisting nature in doing its work. The
proprietors have so much faith in in
curative powers that they offer one hun-
