given at the rate of 4(00 votes for a three months’ sub-
scription to the Daily Record and 400 votes for one yearly
subscription to the Weekly Record. Renewal subscrip-
tions count the same as new subscriptions. No subscrip-
tions for less than three months will count and longer
time will count at same proportional rates. Commercial
coupons will count at the rate of 100 votes for each one
dollar’s worth of purchase in all amounts above five cents.
