REASONS WHY EVERY
WOMAN SHOULD VOTE.
Here are ten gtxxl reasons why
every woman should vote.—The
government of the United States
is calling upon the women to as-
sist in the government of its peo-
ple.
President Wilson endorsed suf-
frage.
The American women have
equaled men in the requirements
of the war, in patriotism and
work in every way.
It is the desire of the men who
are fighting over there that their
mothers, wives, sisters and sweet-
hearts take up at the ballot box
the civic duty which they had to
lay down.
The English women have equal
political rights with the men.
| Leading statesmen and politi-
cal leaders over the world regard
woman suffrage as a genuine
; war measure, as evidenced by
the fact that 40,000,000 women
have been given the franchise in
the last four years.
Woman suffrage is the great-
est factor for the impovement of
the moral and physical welfare
of mankind.
Women should work shoulder
to shoulder with men for the bet-
terment of the laws and princi-
ples under which we live.
Thinking men realize that the
time has come when the women
of this country must see to it
that the right men are elected to
office, that right laws may be
made and enforced.
The woman who stays at home
and refuses to register, encour-
ages liquor traffic.— Exchange.
