County Court of McLennan County,

1984, an application for Deter-
mination of Heirship, and make as
additional parties to this
proceeding the unknown heirs of
Nobie Fair Ray, deceased, alleging
that the decedent’s sole and only
heirs-at-law, who were living at the
time of her death, whose names and
residences are as follows: 1.

Lane, Waco, Texas, 76710 ; 2. Mary
Elizabeth Ray Wells, 1205 S.
Madison, Madisonville, Texas,
77864. The decedent had no other
heirs-at-law other than those
named above all are above the
age of 18 years.
WHEREFORE, applicant prays
that citation issue as required by
law; that the unknown heirs of
Nobie Fair Ray, deceased, be ser-
ved by publication; that on hearing
of this proceeding the Court declare
the heirship of Nobie Fair Ray,
deceased, determine that there is
no necessity for administration
upon the estate of Nobie Fair Ray,
deceased and render a Judgment
declaring the names and places of
residences of all heirs of decedent
and their respective shares and in-
terests in the estate of the decedent
and grant such other and further
relief as shall be proper in this
proceeding.
Said application for Deter-
mination of Heirship will be heard
and acted on by said Court at 10:00
o’clock a m. on the first Monday
next after the expiration of ten days
from date of publishing this
citation, the same being the 26 day
of November, 1984, at the Cour-
thouse thereof in Waco, McLennan
County, Texas, at which time and
place all persons interested in the
Application to Determine Heirship
of said Estate, all persons listed
above, and all unknown and/or non-
resident or absent heirs are
required to appear by filing a writ-
ten answer and then and there show
cause why such Application to
Determine Heirship should not be
made.
The Officer executing this writ
shall promptly serve the same ac-
cording to the requirement of law,
and the mandates hereof, and make
due return as the law directs.
