day of March, 1920, levy on certain real
estate, situated in Pecos County, Texas,

as, 320 acres, excepting from this judg-
ment out of said N J of Section 9, 40
acres of land in the name of Mrs, Lynch
and Mrs. Dacy, which said 40 acres is

foreclosed under this judgment in favor
of said Plaintiffs is therefore 280 acres
