Red River County
Office duties and circumstances beyond my control
have prevented me from canvassing the county as 1
had planned. It has been impossible to personally
contact many of you and solicit your support of my

Regardless of whom you intend to support for
county superintendent in Saturday’s primary, let me
say to all of you at this time that I ain grateful for
your friend-hip and confidence, expressed in so many
wjjs; and for your cooperation ami consideration as
* patron of the public school system. I appreciate
the splendid manner in which the teachers of the
county have worked with me and my office for high-
er standard* and more efficient service. To each and
everyone I am deeply indebted for the many acts of
of kindness shown me as your superintendent., a po-
sition of public trust which I have tried to fill con-
scientiously.
If you feel that I should continue to administer
the affair of this office for another term, your vote
Saturdav will mean a lot. If von have friends who
are undecided, you influence in my behalf is sin-
cerely requested.

await your verdict at the polls with confidence. In
this election-eve message I simply say thank you for
