exterior face of one of the longitudinal
edges of said sleeve, a flexible strip securedto the opposite longitudinal edge of the
sleeve, and provided with elongated slots 25
having their longitudinal axes parallel to
the longitudinal edge of the sleeve, each slot
receiving one of the loops of the folded
member, a flat thong secured at one of its
ends to one end of the last named strip and 30
laced through the loops of the folded mem-
ber, and a third strip of flexible material
secured to the inner face of one of the longi-
tudinal edges of the sleeve and bridging the
gap between the longitudinal edges of the 35
sleeve, the thickness of said third strip be-
ing increased between the longitudinal edges
of the sleeve.
