both the right and the wrong, and his patient
dealing with all; the Abilene High School would.
fall far short of the scholastic heights which it
has reached today.
His invincible determination to give the boys
and girls of Abilene the best in Secondary Edu-
cation, and his unquestionable fairness toward
all with whom he comes in contact, is the foun-
dation of the growth and developmn-nt of the
Abilene High Schcol.
To a man who, for twelve years has directed the
sncccss cf this Institution and who has been a
guiding light of Character, Faith, and Education.
