The Missouri Pacific Transporta-
tion Company lias been authorized by j
the railroad commission of Texas to j
take over and operate the seven bus j
lines now serving the ltio Grande Val-j
lev and the territory between the j
Valley and Corpus Christi, according j
to Associated Press reports. These
lines will be merged Into one system, j
officials of the transportation com- j
patiy have said, and will form the nu-
dens for a co-ordinated system of bus
lines which the company hopes to os

of the five sections of the territory
embraced by the South Texas Cham-
ber of Commerce will be broadcast
weekly from Radio Station KTSA,
according to plans now being prepared
by Ray Leeman, manager of the
South Texas Chamber of Commerce.
