Add
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
I cup chopped nuts
II cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Sift together and stir in
2 cups sifted flour
dash salt
I tsp soda
Hake in greased and floured
« x 13 pan, 325 degrees, 30 to 40
minutes
Frosting
Cream
Ih butter
• • box confectioner's sugar
(approx I1) cupsi
Mix together;
1 mashed banana
1 cup chopped nuts
Add lo creamed mixture
PUMPKIN PECAN FAKE
Spice cake mix
I cup pumpkin
' cup oil
I pkg inslant vanilla pud
ding
3 eggs
1 cup water
I cup pecans
Hake in bundt pan, 350
degrees, approximately 50
minutes

• cup fine cracker crumbs
onethird cup milk

Combine ingredients and
heal on high speed 5 minutes
Shape into Finch halls, brown
slowly in ungreased skillet for
to minutes Pour off grease
Pour sauce over meat; cover
and simmer 15 minutes,
stirring occasionally
Sauce:
1 cup water
11 cup catsup
2 tbs brown sugar
I tbs vinegar
I tbs soy sauce
Joyce says: We like the
sauce over rice, so I triple the
amount
CHEWY COOKIES
1 a lb butter
1 lb brown sugar
Melt the above together and
cool, then add 2 eggs and mix
Sifl and add
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
' i tsp salt
Add
I tsp vanilla
I can coconut
' . cup nuts
Spread in shallow pan Bake
al :I25 degrees for 30 to 45
minutes Cool and cut into
squares
