y— It is with extreme satisfaction that we can an-
• nounce to you that Community Savings and Loan
-j- Association has just completed its biggest year's
operation in its thirty-one years of existance. Each
department has shown phenomenal growth. There has
been significant growth in the loan department.
Savings have increased, and the reserves have also
* increased. To keep pace. Community Savings and
, Loan has also paid the highest return on savings
accounts ever; thus maintaining our pledge to pay
;; the highest return on savings consistent with good
sound business practice.
Community Savings and Loan Association con-
{■ tinues to prosper under the same conservative man-
'i agement which has existed for the past thirty-one
jS years. Our directors have authorized the payment of
the 62nd consecutive semi-annual dividend at the
generous rate of per cent.
Community Savings and Loan Association has re-
cently expanded its Board of Directors with the idea
of continued growth to better serve its account
holders. We are constantly striving to improve and
expand our services to this community. With the new
members of our Board of Directors this aim will be
greatly enhanced.
We are always happy to have you call on us at
any one of-our three convenient office locations in
Fredericksburg, Boerne or Marble Falls.
We extend to you our sincere best wishes for this
Holiday Season, and for your continued success for
the coming years.
