qtamoring an apple sale with the en-
tire proceeds dedicated to funding
scholarships for students at
Gregorjr-Portland High School
For many years the local Kiwanis
Club has provided scholarships for
deserving students A spokesman
for the club said, “Because of our ge-
nuine concern to be able to provide
scholarships at Gregory-Portland
High School, we feel It necessary to
have a special fund drive allocated
specifically for tltat purpose."
There will be two delivery dates:
November 18-14 and December 17-
18. The apples will be fresh Red
Delicious or Gclden Delicious in 40
pound boxes for sale at $70 each.
Orders for tile apples are being
taken now and delivery will tie made
to your home by a Portland Kiwanis
member
