Yield 3 to 4 servings

CORNY CRANK CHOWDER
' cup chopped green pepper

2 thap margarine
2 16 ok cans cream style corn
I ft* frankfurters, sliced
I cup milk

pasteurized process
cheese spread, cubed
Dash of pepper
Microwave green pepper,
onion and margarine in 3-qt
casserole 6 minutes or until
vegetables are tender, stirring
after 3 minutes
Add remaining ingredients,
cover
Microwave 12 to 14 minutes
or until mixture is hot and
smooth when stirred, stirring
every 5 minutes
Makes 6 servings
