LAND BANK LOANS
COME TO THE LAND BANK FOR A LONG
TERM LOAN AT REASONABLE COST
The Federal Land Bank of Houston has recently
raised loan values in the territory serviced by the Federal
Land Bank Association of Robstown, an average of 10 to
37l/2%. The loan values are based primarily on farm
location, land quality and the financial condition of the ap-
plicant.
Such change will permit us in many instances to offer
farm and ranch loans of substantially larger amounts to
eligible applicants.
The Land Banks are continuing to buy capital in the
nations money market at prices that compare favorably with
those paid by top-rated corporations. This money is made
available to the borrower at the lowest interest rate the current
economic conditions permit. Remember, too, that you get
the added protection from the Land Bank’s varible interest
rate plan •• the arrangement that helps insure that your loan
charges are as fair as we can make them.
Another noteworthy feature of Land Bank Loans is
that they provide full prepayment privileges. You can pay
your loan in full or in part at any time with no restrictions or
penalties.
