Canning School Closes
The Premont Rural War Produc-
tion Training School, which closed
August 6. had canned 28.504 cans
of food up to August 4, which is one
of the largest amounts canned n>
any other school in this area. The
project way sponsored by the Pre-
mont Vocational Agriculture De-
partment of the Premont High
School and under the direction ol
W T. Cage, Jr., who is the Voca- |
tional Agriculture Teacher. This

open in November, to help in the
canning of fall vegetables.
