In the girls’ game Rochelle also
was victorious, heating Melvin, 52-
26. Joyce Penn had 66 points for
the winners.
Tuesday night (Jan. 26) Ro-
chelle was to be in Millersview
for another district game, and
Melvin was to he idle.

Dunbar to Meet
McCamey Friday
The Dunbar Steers of Brady
will take on McCamey in the
Brady High School gym Friday
night. Both boys and girls games
are scheduled, the first beginning
about 7:30 p. m.
This (.season the Steers have
beat Ballinger twice, and have
lost three times to Brownwood.
Their most recent game was the
victory here lust Friday over
Ballinger, 51-24.
Saturday the Steers will enter a
District 2 elimination contest to
he held here in the Brady gym,
beginning at noon. Brady, Brown-
wood, Coleman und Ballinger will
compete.
The best two teams in the elim-
ination will go to the regional
tournament in Sweetwater Feb. 6.
The state tournament will be held
