Anne of Wichita Falls are spend-
ing several days in California.
Mrs Herbert Baker and sons

Calvin, also visiting in the Calvin

ted his mother, Mrs. Mary Dick-

Mr and Mrs. Ardis Reeves and

Cox and Sharon Shepard left
Monday for Pueblo, Colorado
where they will spend a week

U-velland, who remains critically
ill of cancer.
Scottie Sims of Rule spent last
week with his grandparents, Mr.

went,to Ft. Worth last Tuesday

lluntland, Tennessee, who are vis-
iting them. Mr and Mrs. Duncan
spent Tuesday night with their
son, Arthur Duncan and family.
Rev. and Mrs. John Hamilton
of Ft. Worth spent a few days
with her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
A. R. Robinson on their return
from New Mexico where they
spent ten weeks hqlding Vacation
Daily Bible School. He will again

Sunday. Tyra and Spencer spent
last week visiting at Murray, Mrs.

were here for his regular appoint

by Ruth and Norfleet.
Lee Thigpen was able to return
home from the Olney hospital Fri-
day very much improved.
Mr. and Mr*. Frank Bridges
have been visiting each day with
hit mother, Mrs. Maggie Bridges
of Jean who is suffering from ar-
thritis. She was taken to the Ol-
ney hospital Monday for treat-
ment.
Miss Lelia Petty of Floydada
visited Monday night with her sla-
ter and family, Mr. and Mr*. O.
L. McGee, and Tuesday with Mr.
and Mrs. Jack Petty. She was on
her way to Mertens and Austin
to visit two other sisters.
Mrs. Jack Nichols and girls, Pa-
tricia, Jackie and Carol Ann of
Amarillo visited here last week
wit'll her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Lee Thigpen, and with Mr. and
Mrs. Arthur McMillan in Graham
Kenneth and Dean McGee re-
turned home Friday from a vaca-
tion trip through several states
to the east, north and west. They
visited in ten states and toured
the Black Hills of South Dakota,
Yellowstone Park, Royal Gorge
and other places.
The revival meeting held at the
Baptist church closed Sunday ev-
ening. Rev. Williams brought |
some inspiring messages each ev-
ening. Bible school was held each
morning for the children.

Mildred and Kathryn of Graham,
Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Guinn, Ro-
ger and Slevie of Kermit visited
Sunday afternoon with the O. L.
McGees.
Mias Norfleet Bill* U visiting
this week in Breckenridge with
her brother and family, Mr. and
Mrs. Garth Bills.
Mr. and Mr*. R. L. Tiffin, Vir-
ginia and Lois, Mr. and Mrs. Eu-
gene Tiffin and children, Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Tiffin and Wayne en-
joyed a picnic at Bailey’i Camp
on Poasum Kingdom Monday
night.

tended a year book committee
meeting at the court house in Gra-
ham Tuesday afternoon.

The Lattimore well, just north
of Murray which had not been
producing oil for some six months
began flowing again first of week
when the company was preparing

ther of Mrs. S. R. Dozier, is a pa-
tient in the Olney Hamilton Hospi-
tal.
Mr. and Mas. Stanley Masters
.of Levelland, nephew of J. T.
Hamilton, were in a car accident
Friday, August 13. They were
both hospitalized. Mrs. Masters
has a broken jaw and leg and
many other lacerations including
loss of some front teeth. Stanley
suffered bruises and injury in the
chest. The car was badly damaged.
