lescing at home following treat-
ment at Highland General Hos-
pital in Pampa.
H. N. (Butch) Munro is report-
ed to Jbe recovering nicely from
the efects of strokes suffered last
week and the week before. He
is a patient in Veteran’s Hospital
in Amarillo. His sister, Miss Lucy
Munro of Austin, has returned
home after visiting with him for
several days.
Mrs. Ornie Cutter is visiting
relatives at Post and Tahoka. She
accompanied relatives from Am-
arilo, who are also visiting on the
South Plains.
Inadvertantly omitted in a list
of recent guestts in the home of
Mrs. L. A . Whiteside were-her
daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Good-
win of Straughn, Ind., her son,
Sam of Hayden, N. M., and a
nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Lem-
mons of Stinnett.
Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Lewter and
children are visiting in the home
of her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Raef.
Visitors in the home of Mrs.
Mike Wink and Miss Olivia have
been Mr. and Mrs. Leo Neusch
of Gainesville; Mr. and Mrs. Vic-
tor Koelzer, Munster, and the Rev.
Louis Meyer who is stationed in
Uganda, Africa. The. Rev. Mr.
Meyer, a nephew of the late Mr.
Wink, is in the U. S. for special
study at Notre Dame University.
He was celebrant of the Requiem
Mass for Mr. Wink in St. Francis
Catholic Church.
Mr. and Mrs. Don McKenzie
of Longview are visiting with his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Mc-
Kenzie.
Pat Fuller is a patient, at the
hospital in Groom following a
heart attack last week.
Guests in the home of Mr. and
Mrs. J. N. Garretson .have been
their daughter, Mrs. Zella White;
granddaughters, Mrs. V. D. Price,
Karen, Douglas and Danny, and
Mrs. Carol Morgan, Debra, Rod-
ney and Diane, all of Amarillo.
Mrs. Garretson is reported to be
much improved following recent
surgery in Amarillo,
is visiting relatives in Groom and
William L. Kuehler of Houston
the Panhandle area. He is also
visiting in the home of his daugh-
ter, Mrs. Ray Sanning of St.
Francis.
Attending West Texas State
College in Canyon, are Marian
Rhodes, Martha Bender, Alberta
and Marie Apel. Paula Russ is in
the University of Colorado at
Boulder and Roy Lane is in the
University of Oklahoma at Nor-
man. Attending classes at the Uni-
versity of Texas, Austin, are Lynh
Weiser, Randa McCollough and
Alice Surratt.
Fred Carter left Monday for
Lynwood, Calif., to be with his
mother who is critically ill.
Beverly Davis, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. John Davis, is a coun-
selor at Camp Kiwanis, Girl Scout
Gamp, west of Amarillo. Miss Da-
vis, a Panhandle High School
graduate, is a sophomore student
at McMurry College, Abilene.

Groom are the parents of a son,
Rocky Linn, born June 26. Mrs.
Algoe is the former Miss Bertha
Mae Barnes. She and her two
children are spending the week
with her mother, Mrs. Fred Crist.

temporary assignment at Hobbs,
N. M., was a weekend visitor in
the home of his parents, Mr. and

family formerly lived in Amarillo'
and will be re-assigned to Phoe-

hereinafter called Plaintiff, and
files this suit for Trespass to Try
Title against E. L. Meridiith and
his unknown wife; Raleigh Martin
and his unknow wife; L. B. Broad-
, dus and his unknown wife; Gordon.
N. Flenniken and wife, Blanche
Jones Flenniken; Gordon Jones
Flenniken; WilMam E. FTenniken
W. E. Flenniken; Lizzie White Fle-

Plaintiff would show that it is
lawfully seized and possessed of
the following described land and
premises situated in Carson Cou-
nty, Texas, holding the same in
fee simple, to-wit:
All of Block No. Five (5), in
Garretson Addition to the town
of Panhandle, Carson County.
Texas, as shown by the record-
ed map or plat recorded in
Vol. 25, Page 48, of the Deed
Records of Carson County,
Texas.

Plaintiff would show that it is
in possession of the premises here-
tofore described and that Defend-
ants unlawfully entered upon and
dispossessed it of such premises
on the first day of May, 1961, and
withholds from it the possession
hereof.

Plaintiff would show that it has
held the said real estate openly
and notoriously having peaceable
and adverse possession thereof,
cultivating, using, and enjoying
the same, and paying all taxes
when due thereon before delinqu-
ency and claiming the same under
a deed or deeds duly registered
for more than five years prior to
the institution of this suit.

Plaintiff would show that it has
had openly and notoriously had
peaceable and adverse possession
of the said land; has had the same
enclosed wiith a fence, cultivating,
using and enjoying the same for
more than ten consecutive years
prior to the filing of this petition.
Plaintiff would show that it has
held such adverse title for more
iihan ten consecutive years after
Defendant’s alleged cause of Ac-
tion, if any, accrued, and before
commencement of this suit during
which period he has had said lands
enclosed; Wherefore Plaintiff says
that it has good and perfect title
to said land under and by virtue
of the ten year statute of limita-
tions of the State of Texas, and
this it is readv to verifv.
WHEREFORE PREMISES CON-
SIDERED Plaintiff prays that De-
fendants be cited as required by
law, and that upon final hearing
hereof he have judgment against
said Defendants for the aforesaid
land and premises herein describ-
ed:' for his costs and for.general
and special relief both legal and
equitable as it may be justly en-
' titled.
