A little time and imagination
along with a suitable container
for these flowers can make
their cutting worthwhile. The
beauty of any room is enhanced
with even a small simple ar-

Miss Jovee urged her mem-
bers not to be discouraged when
Ihey were making arrangements
for a Flower Show. The judges
will appreciate the entries be-
cause much time and thought
went - into the designing and
actual milking of the arrange-
ment. The judges spend quite
a bit of time pudging each en-
try. Arrangements are judged
on points. She told the girls if
they remember what they have
been taught and follow the in-
structions the Judges will give
them ribbons.
Should they fail to give a
ribbon, the arranger should not
be jealous of the ones that
did, but find out what the fault
wes with the arrangement and
then work harder to correct
that fault next time.
Practice in flower arranging
like everything else tends to
bring perfection.
Following the talk a flower
