ed November 13th, 1934 in the

from maturity at 8 per cvht per
annum. Said note payable in ten

Section 3. Any person violat-
ing any of the provision of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon convic-
tion shall be fined in any sum
not exceeding Twenty-five 125.001

were held Thursday, March 6, at
Zephyr Baptist Church with Rev.
J. L. Smart officiating. Inter-
ment was in Jenkins tarings
Cemetery.
Mrs. Cunningham was born
Oct. 26. 1862. -in Lamar County,
Texas. She was married to J. B.
Cunningham In 1871 and to this
union were born nlnen children,
one dying in infancy. Mr. Cun-
ningham £ied July 2, 1926. Mrs.
Cunningham was a member of
the Baptist Church for more
than 59 years.
