McGregor, Texas;
Notice is hereby given that
the first hearing on the propos-
ed Zoning Ordinance will be
held by the Zoning Committee
at 7:30 p. m., September 29,
1952, at the school cafeteria
building.
Tentative zoning map and
specifications for the various
zoning districts will be open to
publio inspection at the City Hall
from this date until such hear-
ing.
All property owners and citi-
zens of McGregor are invited
and urged to attend this hear-
ing and express their opinions
and make known their wishes
to the Zoning Commission.

Board of Commissioners of the
McGREGOR MIRROR.
City of McGregor, Texas, that
that portion of North Third St.
(formerly known as Fifth St.)
lying between Blocks 87 and 93
of the Original Town of McGre-
gor has, by ordinance been aban-
doned and will be sold to the
person or persons offering the
best price therefor. The proper-
ty in question lies West of North
Main Street at what would be
the first street South of High-
way 84, if a street had been open-
ed and is 80 feet wide and 300
feet deep.
The property shall be sold for
ecash and all persons desiring to
McGREGOR- TEXAS
hid on Allis property shall sub-
mit sealed bids to R. D. McEntire
at the First National Bank not
later litan 1 p. m., Oct. 3, 1952.
All bids will he opened by a com-
mittee, specially appointed for
this purpose, composed of R. D.
McEntire, Charles Hering and
John F. Bennett, Jr., at 2 p. m.
October 3, 1952, at the First Na-
tional Bank. The property will
then and there he sold to the
highest bidder.
