THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF McLjENNAN.
On this the 14th day of August, A.
D. 1944, the same being one of the
days of the Regular August Term of
the Commissioner’s Court,' came on to
be considered the matter of dividing
McLennan County into convenient
Election Precincts and it appearing
that on the 14th day of August, A. D.
1939 McLennan County was divided
into proper Election Precincts as re-
quired by law, all as is shown at Yol.
U, Page 101, Commissioners’ Court
Minutes of McLennan County, Texas;

division as then made, subject to the
exception hereinafter stated, is still
convenient to the voters of said Mc-

into Election Precincts as originally
made is inconvenient to the voters in

bined into one voting precinct, no

cincts being a part of two or more
