WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for
Divorce from the Defendent on the
grounds of permanent abandonment
as Is more fully shown by Plaintiff's
Petition on file In this suit, to
which reference is here made.

lives <tf 120 persons in Texas during
the first three months ot this year.
Marvin Hall. State Fire Insurance
Commissioner, said today.
From the list of fatalities by fire.
Hall revealed that the year had a
horriblt beginning. Forty-one persons
were burned to death in the first 10
days of 1942. with a single fire re-
sulting In seven deaths.
