GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
The Executive Committee reserves the right to
make any changes in this Premium List that may be
necessary in the best interests of the Fair.
All exhibits will be under the control and direc-
tion of the managers of the various departments, but
tin* Fair Management will in no case be responsible
for any loss or damage that may occur to exhobits.
Exhibitors of livestoc k will be required to care for
their own individual stock.
All breeding cattle competing for ribbons must
be shown with halters.
All exhibits must be in place by 9 o’clock a. m.,
Wednesday morning, September 24th.

livestock. Othei exhibits will be arranged on or near

exhibit.
