WHEAT-MARTIN.
The many friends of the
bride were surprised last week
when word came back from
Boerne that Ben L. Wheat of
Sutton County, and Miss Mary
Martin had married there on
Thanksgiving Day.
The couple returned the first
of the week and were guests of
relatives until Wednesday, when
they returned to San Antonio.
After a few days in the city,
they will make their home in
Sutton County.
The bride is a daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. John R. Martin
of Junction and has been reared
here where she has a host of
friends who will join in wishing
the newly-weds a long and hap-
py life.
