e about Coffee
I /own here in the Southwest we hav«
several schools of thought on coffee. Some graduates insist
the heat coffee is strong, black, and hot. Others prefer it light and delicate,
favored cream and sugar.'Or sugar alone. Then there’s the minority who
are content any which way—just so long a saucer accompanies the cup! h
doesn’t riatter which school you support. Admiration is blended to accom-
modate all tastes. It'Insufficient heavy bodied coffees to enable anyone to
malr«. a “strong” cup. By using less coffee, a lighter brew of course can be
made. In neither instance is there a sacrifice of Admiration’s wonderful
aroma and flavor.
