Funeral services for Mrs. Gar-
ter were conducted at 2:30 n.m.
November 20, in the First
l^ewtlst Church. Comanche. Rev.
John C. WUes, pastor of the k>oal
church, and Rev. O. D. Henley,
Brownwood, officiated.
Burial was In the Indian Creek
Cemetery. Arrangements were byj
the Comanche Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Robert Allen,
lama. Jr., William Farrar, Riley
Milliard, Joe Tuoin, Ira. Clemons,
and Rev. BUI Carroll.
Mrs. Carter, daughter of the
late William A. and Cansada C.
Roberts, was born August 18, 1695
In Rusk. She had made her home
i'n and near Oomanche the past
60 years. She was converted ear-
ly in life and waa a member of
the First Baptist Church in Oo-
manche.
She was married January 23. ,
<1009 to 8. L. (Fayte) Booher,
and to this union four daughters
w«Te bom. Mr. Booher passed
away Marcfi 23. 1908.
She was married to Rev. T. N.
Carter on February 10, 1081. He
| it-©ceded her in death February

Mrs. Carter is survived by four'
daughters, Mira. Louis M. (Marie) ..
