GERMINATION TESTS
RECOMMENDED
Germination tests are reeotn-
mended for all cotton planting
seed by Fred C. Elliott, extension
cotton specialist. He says recent
field contacts have revekled that
seed saved from i»»t year's rwy
isn’t measuring up to expeetn
tions. He suggests a germination
test on each batch of seed saved
A test now, he adds, could save
a replanting later.
