2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 generous tablespoon flour
1 can English peas, drained
3 eggs
2 c. shredded cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain just a little of
1/4 tsp. salt
the juice off.
Cook noodles as directed and set aside. Brown ham
and onions in skillet with butter. Add soup, water,
1/4 to 1/2 c. coconut
Mix all ingredients together except pie crust. Pour into
drained peas, cheese, pimento and salt. Cook long
pie crust and bake @350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
