at Carthage High School Mr. La-

dent at Jacksonville Baptist Col

Sammy Reed presented nuptial
music and accompanied Tat Tinkle
who sang "I I>ove You Ttuly” and

ing sleeves ended in points over
her hands. A satin panel flowed
from the renter of the fro.it of
the full skirt, outlining the panel
wore appliques of lace re-embroid
ered with seed pearls.
The bridal bouquet, carried up-
on a white Bible, was an orchid
embedded in stephanotis, net and
satin. Satin streamers tied in love
knots completed the bouquet.

Miss Rebecca Holland was maid
of honor, and Miss Paula McMillan,
cousin of the bride, was brides
maid, lhey wore identical pink
chromspun dresses featuring Jack
ets with elbow-length sleeves.
Their costumes were complement-
ed by pill box hats and matching
accessories. They carried bouquets
of pink carnations.
Miss Sue Ann McMillan, sister of
the bride, was junior bridesmaid,
and Donna McMillan, cousin of the
bride, was flower girl -They wore
Identical dresses of pink featuring
fitted bodices, full skirts, and el-
bow-length sleeves. They carried
bouquets of pink carnations.
Linden Cozart served as best
man. Groomsman was Franklin
Vaughn. Ushers were Mitchell Mc-
Millan and Mike Tinkle and can-
dlelighters were Karl Cariker Jr.
and Ronnie McMillan.

hosts for a reception in the par-
sonage fnl'owing the wedding cere-

Miss Jo Ann Latham, sister of
the bridegroom, served the three-
tiered wedding cake. Mias Sandra
Parker poured pink punch.
WCDDINO TRIP
For travel, the bride chose a
pink wool suit with black access-
ories. She wore the orchid from
her bridal bouquet.
Follow ing a wedding trip to Lake
Jackson and other points of inter-
ests, the couple is at home in Gary.
