of equal length everywhere.
Spring arrived in this area a
little ahead of schedule. With
warmer temperatures, fruit trees,
flowering shrubs and early flow-
ers are in full bloom. Gardens
have been planted and farmers are

Eugene White Greeting: You are
hereby commanded to appear by
filing a written answer to the
plaintiff’s petition at or before 10
o’clock A. M of the first Monday
after the expiration of 42 days
from date of issuance of this Cita-
tion, the same being Monday the
20th day of April, A. D, 1967, at
or before 10 o’clock A. M, before
the Honorable District Court pf
Red River County, at the Court
House in Clarksville, Texas.
Said plaintiff’s petition was fil-
ed on the 2nd day of February,
1967. The file number of said suit
being No. 22,331. The names of the
parties in said suit are: Carol Faye
White as Plaintiff, and Donald
Eugene White as Defendant.
The nature of said suit being
substantially as follows, to wit:
This is a suit for divorce wherein
plaintiff alleges a course of cruel
treatment on the part pf defend-
ant which makes their further liv-
ing together insupportable;
Plaintiff further alleges that no
children have been born to said un-
ion and there exists no community
property;
Plaintiff prays for a decree of
divorce and for such other relief
to which she may’ he justly en-
titled.
If this Citation is not served
within 90 days after the date of its
issuance, it shall be returned un-
served.

for his sixth anniversary.

youngsters enjoyed games and re-
freshments of punch, cake and ice

Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Oliver re-
ceived word Wednesday of the
birth of a great-granddaughter,
the child bom March 7 to Mr. and
Mrs. S. W. Wells of Suffolk, Vs.
She weighed 8 lbs, 4 ozs. and has
been named Tammy.
