On Alsobrook Farm
Fire destroyed a four roept
house and contents on the Poag
Alsobrook place, occupied by the
Wil.-on Jones family, four miles
south of Deport Tuesday after-
noon. The house was known as
the Cheatham place, and sold by
Russell Cheatham to Alsobrook a
few years ago.'
Deport Volunteer Firemen re-
sponded to the call, but the blaze
had gained too much headway to
be extinguished.
It was reported one or two
pieces of furniture was all that
was saved of the household fur-
niture belonging to the Jones.
