* Whereas, on the 8th day of May, 1911,
upon petition duly filed and bearing
the requisite number of signatures of
property tax-paying voters residing in
Justice Precinct No. 1 of Anderson
county, Texas, the commissioners’
court of said county ordered an elec-
tion to be held in said Justice pre-
cinct on the 24th day of June, 1911,
to determine whether or not bonds in
the -sum of One Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars shall be issued for
the purpose of constructing macada-
mized and gravelled roads in said
Justice Precinct No. 1.
Now, therefore, I, O. C. Funder-
burk, County Judge of said county, do
hereby give notice, in conformity with
the provisions of said order of the
county commissioners’ court, ordering
said election, that an election will be
held, ou the 24th day of June, {1911, at
the several voting precincts in Jus-
tice Precinct No. 1 of Anderson coun-
ty, Texas, to determine whether or
not, by a vote of two-thirds majority
of the property tax-paying voters of
said precinct, the bonds of said Jus-
tice Precinct in the sum of One
Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars, be-
ing 150 bonds, numbered consecutive-
ly from 1 to 150, inclusive, each of ,
the denomination of $1000, bearing in- and before the fighting
