The Old Deport Cemetery was
never cleaner than it is now-thanks to
the all day and all out effort of Deport
Kiwanis Club members and others
who gave the overgrown grounds
their best licks. This volunteer work
is old fashioned Americanism at its
very best. After the shredding, dirt
moving, chopping, raking and double
mowing, all the grasshoppers pulled
out for greener pastures.
Bless you all and bless all of yours.
