Dru Denison attends Kangaroo Camp
Daniel Dru Denison of Bogata
was among I SO high school students
who attended Austin College's an-
nual Kangaroo Camp, held April 12-
13.
Kangaroo Camp is a weekend of
festivities and pre-orientation for stu-
dents admitted to Austin College for
the upcoming academic year.
Those attending stayed in residence
halls on campus and were given the
opportunity to visit with faculty and
staff to learn more about the extra-
curricular activities and academics
available at AC.
To better acquaint themselves with
current AC students, the visitors par-
ticipated in an afternoon of games
and entertainment Saturday with
members of the college community.
They also attended a dance held that
night in the Student Union Building.
